Walk your talk / coaching on-the-go
Regardless the coaching topic, I believe that being in motion during a coaching session is an amazing way to spark creativity, clarify and organize your thoughts, and raise your energy level. While exercise releases endorphins, which trigger a positive feeling in the body and can create a positive outlook on life, the cross-body movement of walking activates both sides of the brain. As a client, you can access both your creative side (right) and logical, task-oriented side (left), and be energized to take action.
If you are over-worked or over-stressed, schedule an on-the-go coaching session; you'll not only get a physical workout, you'll get movement in other areas of your life. Lunch hour sessions are a perfect time for corporate clients or those who work from home to get in motion.
