CAREER TRANSITION COACHING

As a career transition coach, I work with clients to shift them out of their uninspired jobs into positions and careers that excite and motivate them! 

Career transition coaching is for you if:

  • You have been part of a layoff

During our coaching, we will start by uncovering your values and interests, identifying the things you like (and don't like) in your current position or line of work, recognizing possible obstacles, brainstorming career options and plotting a course to help you land successfully in your dream job.

To assist in this process, I offer clients the option of taking the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment that identifies your personality type based on different inherent preferences. You can use these results to gather additional information about yourself and your career options that match your type and to determine a possible career "fit."

True to the Walk Your Talk Coaching philosophy of getting in motion, I also offer life coaching, career transition coaching, and health enrichment coaching packages aligned with one of my favorite activities - walking! Along with these packages, I strongly encourage phone or email check-ins between sessions, since I love to hear about all of the amazing life-changing things you are making happen!

Power Walk - One 60 minute session ($175)

Stride - Package of three 60 minute sessions
($475 - save $50)

Walkabout - Package of six 60 minute sessions
($950 - save $100)

Resume & LinkedIn Packages

Although I’ve written resumes and LinkedIn profiles for many years, I've now decided to direct my energy completely to the coaching side of my business. Effective October 1, 2018, I will no longer be offering resume writing or LinkedIn profile writing services. However, if all they need is a bit of sprucing up, I am happy to conduct a review of either at my hourly rate of $175/hour. I will also continue to offer interview prep, job search strategy, and salary negotiation consultations at my hourly rate.
