Are you tired of walking the path to improved health alone? Fed up with fad diets and empty promises made by weight loss products? As a self-proclaimed health aficionado, I work with people who want to make impactful shifts toward living a healthier lifestyle. I will get you in motion mentally, emotionally, and physically.

To make lasting changes in improving your health, you need to focus on a number of factors: eating clean, whole foods, partaking in physical movement that you actually enjoy, getting enough (and quality) sleep, and restoring balance in your life. We will create an inspired plan specifically for you, and I will walk with you and hold you accountable so that you reach your health goals! 


In our individual coaching sessions, we'll look at all areas of your life that contribute to your well being, and I'll support you as you implement changes that have a long-lasting impact on your health. I utilize neuroscience-based coaching tools to shift patterns and build new habits, making long-term change a reality.

 ReWire Your Health is a neuroscience-influenced, health-coach led program that will inspire you to implement lasting shifts in your health and life. The program offers meal plans, motivation, tools that foster long term habit shifts, and information that, little by little, will contribute to a healthier you.  

A quarterly ReSet program is offered for those who want to detox, reset their metabolism and jump start  results.  Some of the benefits of participating in the ReSet are:
